We look after the day to day accounting work that keeps a business moving: bank and credit card reconciliations, supplier bills, customer invoicing and debtor follow-up, payroll runs, superannuation and BAS preparation. Because we work across a spread of industries and states, we are used to picking up files that have been set up in very different ways and bringing them back to a consistent standard.

How Remote Bookkeeping Works
Onboarding is done over a video call and a shared checklist. We take read or adviser access to your accounting file, connect bank feeds through the software rather than asking for passwords, and use a shared folder for source documents so nothing travels by loose email attachments.
From there the rhythm is predictable. We process on an agreed cadence, send a short query list rather than dozens of one-off messages, and confirm each BAS with you before anything is lodged. If something urgent comes up between cycles, you have a direct phone number and email rather than a ticket queue.
Access is granted through your accounting software's own user permissions and can be withdrawn by you at any time.

- Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?
- Yes. We are based in Brisbane but the entire service is delivered remotely, and we currently support businesses in every mainland state as well as Tasmania. Time zones are handled by agreeing set contact windows during onboarding.
- Can you take over a file that is behind?
- Usually yes. We start with a review of the current file, tell you what catch-up work is required and quote that separately from ongoing bookkeeping, so you can see exactly what you are paying to bring things up to date.
- Who lodges the BAS?
- BAS and IAS are prepared and lodged through our Registered BAS Agent, agent number 25855394. You review and approve the figures before anything is submitted to the ATO.
