Meet Paula
Paula Keys
Director | Registered BAS Agent | Cert IV Trainer and Assessor
Paula founded Key Figures in 2014, bringing many years of experience across bookkeeping, payroll, BAS compliance and business operations in a range of industries.
She works closely with clients to understand their business, keep financial records accurate and make their reporting easier to understand. Paula also oversees the team's bookkeeping and BAS work, working alongside clients' accountants to keep information organised and responsibilities clear.
As a qualified trainer and assessor, Paula takes a practical approach to explaining processes and answering questions. She helps clients feel more confident with their accounting systems and comfortable asking for guidance, whether they need ongoing support or help getting their books back into order.

Meet Karina
Karina Davies
Bookkeeper
Karina looks after the day-to-day bookkeeping for Key Figures clients, helping keep their financial records accurate, organised and up to date.
Her work includes reconciling accounts, recording transactions and supporting payroll processes. She pays attention to the details, checking information and identifying items that need clarification so the records provide a clearer picture of what's happening in the business.
Working closely with Paula and Mellissah, Karina helps keep information moving between the team and clients. Her careful, consistent approach supports the ongoing work behind each business, from maintaining orderly records to preparing information for review. She brings a practical focus to the everyday tasks that make bookkeeping easier to manage and help prevent loose ends from building up.

Meet Mellissah
Mellissah Novobranec
Operations Manager
Mellissah brings together business operations, finance processes and practical technology to help clients and the Key Figures team work more efficiently.
She looks at how work moves through a business, where information gets held up and which tasks are being repeated unnecessarily. From coordinating a handover to improving workflows and connecting systems, Mellissah helps turn time-consuming processes into something more manageable.
With a background in business management and ongoing accounting and bookkeeping studies, she combines an organised approach with a willingness to question whether there's an easier way to get things done.
